I, like any public institution, I decided to work on the blog taking advantage of it's summer. I slightly changed the header and I changed the background. The new one is more ... that's it, stone. Grateful to see their views here, but mostly for one thing: I wonder if they have problems load over time, or in general have seen a significant slow at some point. Grasias of hamtebraso.
