Psychology of Aging Rate of aging and how to age, two very different things ..

Current methods to compare patterns of aging are limited, it confuses two distinct elements of this process: rhythm and form. This was stressed by Dr. Annette Baudisch the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock, Germany, after completing an investigation into the matter.

Some organisms live recently, and many others. This determines the rate of aging. Short-lived species have a rapid rate of aging, and long-lived species have a slow rate of aging. The aging rate describes the speed with which advances the clock of life. For humans, moving slowly for small animals moving very fast.
